Civil Debate/Discussion - 06/18/2004
I would ask for them not to stop as that would bring to easier end to it, instead i would like to ask that it be keped civil, i like debate and discussion, as long as its keped at a civil level.

The main thing i see this debate/discusion needs in some more input. So far its the same people, i would like to hear how others feel on this also. Civil ofcause.

Just remember that the internet computers at the Public Libraries here are programmed to reveal the ISP numbers of all people who post in all forums and chatgroups. "Forumguest" therefore is not always anonymous.

Just remember yourself also, unless someone is using a STATIC IP there ip number will have a small variant everytime, so if they use a popular provider your not realy going to know the difference between them and the other few hundred users of that provider who use webring also.

Some providers use static ip's, others alow you to pat for one, other dont use them at all, usualy its ony the first 4 to six numbers that will be the same, so how do you propose to know who it is then?
