Only flaw we see... - 03/19/2004
Ok... I changed my ring code, - now our Yahoo! (290,905 messages), MSN (40,000+ messages) and webring (326 posts) forums are listed side by side.

In any case: Thanks for showing our navbar!

hehe. glad no offense was taken, none was meant certainly. Yahoo groups certainly have their place. If nothing else it may help get the many thousands that use that group to cruise over and check out WebRing as well. Especially now that it's been discovered how to add the navbar to groups pages.

Actually, I've done that a long time ago - it's not particularly difficult either: just use the HTML version and beware of your character count. (If the welcome message gets too lengthy, it can't be saved).
examples:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/globalaffairs/

It's even easier with MSN, as their size limit is much less strict:

Whether it's Yahoo!Groups or MSN Groups, the answer lies in the Groups WebRing at http://o.webring.com/hub?ring=yahooclubs2

You don't mention if it's a Y! or MSN Group, but in the event it IS Yahoo!, you'll definitely want to join that Ring to get the details on the breakthrough discovery for including WebRings on Yahoo!Groups. There is a new option that should make it easier to participate in any WebRing!
