WeRing vs. ******* - 03/11/2004
I belong to another ring system and recently I was going through the list of sites that are in the ring which I have belonged to for years only to discover thet my site was = MISSING! Sure enough - a quick check of the ring on my website revealed that it was - NOT NAVIGATABLE!

The foregoing would not have been so upsetting were it not for the fact that I was given absolutely - NO NOTICE!

Well I thought that I would just silently bear my rejection and remove the ring code from my wesite as it was - USELESS!

and then.....

I decided to let the ringmaster know what I thought about it all and went to the ring's main list/page. Boy was I going to let this person have a piece of my mind and I would have done so except there was - NO CONTACT LINK!

Long Live WebRing!

THANKS FOR ALL THAT YOU DO - WebRing

Hey Now:
I have to say one thing...out of all the rings out there, Web Ring is tops....that is from an experienced person here...I have tried many and NONE compare...we have our ups and down...but hey, with the business I am in, I am used to ups and downs..he he.

You are doing a great job Web Ring...I agree...

For WebTV users who can't afford the space taken up by HTML and other banners--and the fuss of making changes at the whim of whatever ringmaster, Webring is a space saver (the code takes up a small bit of space, but it can carry a lot of stuff--kinda like Dr. Who's TARDIS).
If my worst complaint is about this uniqueness rating--which again I reiterate, for a non-profit fan page that needs all the promotion and entries it can get, needs to NOT be considered a viable tool--then hey! I'm cool with it...
